Refund Policy

At Fixaro Technologies Inc. (“Fixaro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure a smooth experience for both service providers and customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be issued.


 

1. Service Bookings

  • Once a service is booked through the Fixaro app or website, the booking is confirmed with the selected service provider.

  • Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.


 

2. Cancellations by Customers

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund of the service fee (minus processing charges, if any).

  • Less than 24 hours before service: No refund will be issued, except in cases of proven emergencies.

  • No-show by customer: No refund will be provided.


 

3. Cancellations by Service Providers

  • If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Repeated cancellations by service providers may result in account suspension.


 

4. Service Quality Issues

  • If the service provided is not completed or is of unsatisfactory quality, customers must raise a dispute within 48 hours after the scheduled service time.

  • After review, Fixaro may issue a partial or full refund, or offer service credits for future use.


 

5. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days.

  • Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.


 

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Convenience/processing fees.

  • Services already delivered and completed to satisfaction.
