At Fixaro Technologies Inc. (“Fixaro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure a smooth experience for both service providers and customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be issued.
1. Service Bookings

Once a service is booked through the Fixaro app or website, the booking is confirmed with the selected service provider.

Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
2. Cancellations by Customers

More than 24 hours before service: Full refund of the service fee (minus processing charges, if any).

Less than 24 hours before service: No refund will be issued, except in cases of proven emergencies.

No-show by customer: No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellations by Service Providers

If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Repeated cancellations by service providers may result in account suspension.
4. Service Quality Issues

If the service provided is not completed or is of unsatisfactory quality, customers must raise a dispute within 48 hours after the scheduled service time.

After review, Fixaro may issue a partial or full refund, or offer service credits for future use.
5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days.

Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Convenience/processing fees.

Services already delivered and completed to satisfaction.
